Dyslexia Otago is located in Clinton, NZ. Servicing a large area including but not limited to; Otago, Dunedin, Oamaru, Alexandra, Balclutha, Southland, Invercargill, Gore, Wyndham. Donna is prepared to travel to provide programs.
How did I come to my position today?
I am married to my amazing husband of 30+ years, a mother of 3 wonderful adult children and a grandmother of 2 gorgeous littlies.
Most of my working life has centred around education. When one of our children was struggling at school, dyslexic was mentioned, resulting in the search for a solution.
The Davis Correction method was suggested, we followed up and proceeded with the course. The changes we saw were indescribable! I was intrigued to learn more and began my training as a Davis Facilitator.
Being Dyspraxic myself – I understand what it is like to live with Dyslexia. Having family members with it also, I also understand the difficulties of living ‘with’ individuals who have Dyslexia of some form.
I am passionate about sharing this program and assisting people to overcome their difficulties, giving them the ability to control their dyslexia and enjoy a fulfilling life. The results have been totally transformational for some clients. It truly is a turning point in their lives.
